ROSEMARY GRAPEFRUIT COCKTAIL

Recipe type: Natalie’s Orchid Island Juices
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- Fresh Rosemary
- 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Rosemary simple syrup
- Make Rosemary simple syrup: In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Remove rosemary sprigs. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add juice, gin & syrup. Shake until well chilled. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
